Update: I posted an updated version after the initial comment. The 'new and improved" version is the same story, with some very minor tweaks in wording, punctuation and capitalization/emphasis. If you read them both, you would probably find little to no difference, but I think the current version is overall much better.
I had one or two more lines that I WANTED to squeeze in there, but couldn't figure a way to do it without detracting from the overall impact :)
